When loading, use a 3D pan tilt and laser scanner to scan the empty car and obtain the coordinates of each point in the carriage; After placing a layer of coils in the carriage, a secondary scan is performed to provide the shape of the materials already loaded in the box, as well as the coordinates of each point, for the crane to stack the two layers of coils. When unloading, use a 3D pan tilt and laser scanner to scan the existing coils in the car, obtain the contour shape of the coils and the coordinates of the highest point centerline of each coil. After unloading the second layer of coils, scan again to obtain the contour shape of the first layer of coils and the coordinates of the highest point centerline of each coil. In this system, Party B provides laser scanning equipment selection and software customization.
This project is a laser scanning and acquisition system, which collects and extracts data for empty car, coil scanning, and unloading coil scanning, meeting the requirements of the management system for the storage area.
